My husband and I have been together since high school, each pursuing careers centred around serving others. I built my career in nursing, while he dedicated himself to mastering the HVAC trade. We are originally from Wilson County but chose to make Westmoreland, Tennessee, our home because we wanted the small-town values and close-knit community where we could raise our family.

On February 5, 2024, we welcomed our first daughter, Emory. Just nine days later, on February 14, our lives changed forever when we unexpectedly lost her. While no parent ever imagines facing that kind of loss, it strengthened our faith, brought us closer together, and reminded us how precious every moment truly is.

In April 2025, we were blessed with our daughter, Avery. Becoming parents has been the greatest privilege of our lives, and both of our daughters continue to inspire everything we do. In honour of them, we named our company AVEM Group—a name that carries our family’s story and the values we strive to live by every day.

For more than 10 years, my husband has been dedicated to perfecting his HVAC craft, earning a reputation for honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and dependable service. As a nurse, I’ve spent my career caring for people with compassion, patience, and integrity. Together, we built AVEM Group HVAC with the belief that exceptional service comes from both skilled hands and a caring heart.

As a locally owned and family-operated business, we don’t want our customers to feel like just another service call. We want to build lasting relationships, earn your trust, and serve our neighbours with the same care we’d provide our own family.
